Abstract call out for 2025 CEPA Conference

7th October 2024

The Clinical Exercise Physiology Association (CEPA) welcomes BASES to an open call for submissions for their annual online conference being held 8 February 2025.

All accepted abstracts will be highlighted in the CEPA Annual Meeting final programme and published in the Journal of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Recorded slide presentations will be posted on the CEPA 2025 Annual Meeting webpage. Early investigator award is available to individuals who graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree within five years. The first author of accepted abstracts will receive FREE conference registration. Abstracts will be accepted until 15 November 2024.

This one-day online event is ideal for practitioners, faculty, researchers, and students interested in the application of physical activity interventions in clinical populations. The aim of this conference is to share cutting edge topics in the field and unite us as a group of exercise professionals. Topics will include areas such as immunological, metabolic, pulmonary, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, renal, and orthopedic disorders. Attendees will earn five ACSM approved CECs. BASES will award five BASES CPD Credits.

Further information, including registration details can be found here. As a strategic partner of CEPA, BASES members can receive registration at the same cost as CEPA members. To receive this, BASES members must enter a discount member code when registering. Details of this discount code is available in the member-only section.
