CASES Special Interest Groups
CASES Special Interest Groups (SIGs) provide an active forum for networking, discussion, activities, knowledge sharing and debate among CASES members who share an interest in an identified area.

How to apply to set up an Interest Group
All Interest Groups must apply for approval by the Board and must meet the minimal requirements outlined below. An Interest Group can be formed providing it:
- Has a Chair, who is a Professional member of CASES (minimum 5 years)
- Has a Steering Group of between 3 and 10 individuals (list of proposed Steering Group members must be included with the application)
- Has a Name and Mission Statement that is consistent with the aims and objectives of CASES
- Can justify its relevancy to sport and/or exercise sciences
- Can justify its uniqueness from existing CASES Interest Groups
- Has a membership that includes no less than 20 CASES members (a register of at least 20 CASES members must be included with the application).

Special Interest Groups (SIGs) provide an active forum for focused discussion, activity, and debate among CASES members and guests who share an interest in an identified area.
If you wish to join a Special Interest Group, you can do this by updating your subscription preferences in your Member Profile on the CASES Members' Area.
