Cultural Training for sports coaches

London South Bank University will be running a cross-cultural training course for sports coaches. The course was developed after a needs analysis with sports coaches and a Delphi study with coach educators, psychologists, and cultural intelligence specialists. LSBU is now recruiting sports coaches to take the course so that they can evaluate its efficacy.
The free-to-register course is online and takes nine hours to complete, including a three-hour online workshop (or face-to-face at LSBU in London, which includes lunch). As an incentive, LSBU is offering a £25 Amazon voucher for the first 20 coaches completing the course.
