BASES welcomes new Marketing and Communications Manager

After eight years at BASES, Emma Forsyth has moved on to a new role. We thank Emma for her hard work and support while at BASES. We are delighted to advise that Lucy Davies will be joining BASES from 6 January 2025 as our Marketing and Communications (MarComms) Manager, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Commenting on the appointment, Lucy said, “I have over 20 years’ marketing and communications experience across a variety of sectors including health, emergency services and education. I’m really looking forward to using my skills in the sport and exercise industry and helping to take this newly chartered organisation into its next chapter. I’ve managed creative campaigns in advertising, PR and marketing that have achieved results such as raising awareness of key issues in community safety and health, increasing recruitment in colleges and improving stakeholder engagement. I’m also a Level 2 netball coach, player, club manager and volunteer with the regional netball association and have a keen interest in exercise and rehabilitation.”
