BASES expands its Board with the appointment of new independent Non-Executive Directors

Following an extensive open recruitment in December 2019, the Board of BASES are delighted to announce the appointment of three independent Non-Executive Directors (NEDs), all of whom, will take up post in February 2020. 

Greg Koral, Satvinder (Vinny) Leach and James Tugwell were successfully appointed this month and will attend their inaugural board meeting on 13 February 2020. 

Greg joins us with over twenty years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer in a variety of international small to mid-size enterprises (SMEs) and more recently as an operating partner in operating Private Equity firm based in the Midlands, having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining the mergers and acquisitions team Rolls Royce Plc. He is now a business consultant advising on strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions for industrial SMEs. 

Vinny is an experienced Change, Technology, Data and Governance Consultant having worked with clients in the retail, telecoms, health and finance sectors, amongst others. In addition, she is an experienced Trustee, at present on the Board and Audit Committee for an international dance school providing HE, undergraduate and graduate courses. 

James is an Investment Manager at Stage Capital, a private equity firm specialising in secondaries investments. He has Board experience across a range of companies and sectors, most notably within Food and Healthcare. Prior to Stage Capital, James worked at Lazard in the Telecommunications Media & Technology and Healthcare Mergers and Acquisitions advisory teams, advising a number of companies on their strategies and potential transactions.
